Insanity Day 3

Cardio Power and Resistance

I did very well today. This is the workout I hate the most from the first month of insanity but I pushed through. Yes, I took breaks today but I pushed through. I couldn’t do the moving pushups too well today but I’m getting there cause I can do the regular pushups now. And I gots a new hairdryer THANKGOD! my hair looks nice :D HEHEH kbye.

Not having the best day today. Woke up in a horrible mood. I need to go out and keep myself busy. Hanging out with good people all day. Hopefully it’ll keep all the negativity off my mind. Trying to keep my head up.
